Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for business development. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide technical sales support by demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account management activities.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. Proficient in market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Proven track record in sales, preferably in hydraulic cylinder repair. Excellent business development skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently in an outside sales capacity while collaborating with internal teams as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
