Hydraulic Works is a full service hydraulic cylinder repair facility in south Edmonton. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with businesses to develop new accounts, manage existing relationships, and drive sales growth. Duties
Conduct outside and inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Engage in technical sales discussions, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding of technology solutions
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside and inside sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
Background in hydraulic cylinder repair or hydraulic components for heavy equipment
Excellent analytical skills for assessing market conditions and customer feedback.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
