Sales Rep



Aquabath and Lighting

is an industry-leading distribution and service company passionate about delivering value add service to customers in Canada. We are partnered with Tier 1 Brands, offer a multitude of plumbing products designed to meet the customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency; analyze customer opportunities, industry updates to identify customer & market trends.

Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders

Analyzing sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions.

Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.

Develop and implement new sales initiatives and programs to capture key customer demographics.

Entering orders/estimates into system

Attain targeted sales goals and performance.

Resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as operations and customer service.

Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products

Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes

Offering technical expertise on products to customers.

Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.

Understand the customer needs and monitor their preferences.

Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.

Coordinate with Purchasing for stock replenishment on a timely basis.

Compliance with health and safety legislation (OHS-Labor standards)

Comply with the company's code of conduct, policies, and procedures.

Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Exceptional customer service

Ability to develop long term relationships and generate referrals from customers.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written

Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time.

Strong networking skills, outgoing personality

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.

Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications and Education



Graduate degree.

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' sales experience (inside sales or outside sales)

Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of the plumbing industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
