Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency; analyze customer opportunities, industry updates to identify customer & market trends.
Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
Analyzing sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions.
Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives and programs to capture key customer demographics.
Entering orders/estimates into system
Attain targeted sales goals and performance.
Resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as operations and customer service.
Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products
Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes
Offering technical expertise on products to customers.
Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
Understand the customer needs and monitor their preferences.
Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Coordinate with Purchasing for stock replenishment on a timely basis.
Compliance with health and safety legislation (OHS-Labor standards)
Comply with the company's code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
