Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agro Sales Representative (Field Sales Rep) to join our dynamic Agro sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships. You will engage with customers, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a drive to expand their portfolio, a thirst for knowledge and understanding of the products and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base. Conduct regular visits to clients to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Close sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare and present sales proposals that align with client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.Experience
Proven experience in business development, account management, or outside sales is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decisions. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Pay
