About the Company

We're a rapidly expanding provider of winter property-maintenance services, specializing in dependable snow clearing for homes and businesses. Our goal is to ensure driveways, walkways, and parking areas stay safe and accessible throughout the winter months. Due to rising demand, we're growing our sales team for the 2025-2026 season.

Role Summary

We're looking for Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who can connect with homeowners and small business owners to promote our seasonal snow-removal packages. This role involves working in designated residential or commercial zones, speaking directly with potential clients, and guiding them toward the service plan that best fits their property needs.

Primary Duties

Canvass assigned neighborhoods and commercial districts Introduce and explain available winter service packages Communicate the benefits, pricing, and service details in a clear and confident manner Collect customer information and submit agreements through our mobile platform Maintain a professional and courteous presence while representing the company

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay of $27 per hour

What You'll Need

Consistent access to transportation A positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Comfort working outdoors during winter weather Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required A smartphone with cellular data capable of running our tracking and reporting apps
