Duties

Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Engage in B2B sales processes, focusing on technology products and services. Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and features. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking sales activities. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Proficient in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
