Sales Representative

to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid role combining outside sales with in-store customer service. You'll be on the road visiting clients to develop new business and working in-store assisting walk-in customers and supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do

Generate leads and build relationships through cold calls, networking, and referrals Visit customer locations to understand needs and present product solutions Provide friendly, helpful service to walk-in customers in the store Prepare quotes and sales proposals for both in-store and field clients Support in-store tasks like merchandising or inventory when needed Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets Stay up to date on inventory, new products, and industry trends Represent the company at occasional trade shows or industry events

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in outside sales or customer service (retail, B2B, or similar) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Comfortable working both in-store and out in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus)
