SALES OUTSOURCING AGENCY

SALARIED REPRESENTATIVE

BACKGROUND

Our firm is an outside sales arm of our multi-disciplinary business consulting and financing group of companies. At the recommendation of our front-line turnaround consulting group, we accept mandates to increase the sales of our clients\xe2\x80\x99 products and services. Indeed, we anticipate new mandates every two weeks.

If you are a salesperson who thrives on closing-the-deal, and you are someone who excels at setting your own pace, then we want you! Come and join our growing team leading to 450 sales specialists across Canada.

Our sales representatives are assigned a territory in which to present our, unique to Canada, \xe2\x80\x9cGame-Changing Strategy.\xe2\x80\x9d You use professional sales techniques on all sales calls that are usually pre-booked for you, in addition to your own prospecting efforts.

COMPANY RELATIONS

• Comply strictly to all company policies;
• Salary, Percentage commissions, straight dollar amounts, and bonuses will provide a successful Representative with a 6-figure income.

• 3 years successful sales experience selling to companies and individuals;
• A university degree in commerce or related work experience;
• Formal education in sales;
• Enough energy to make this position your most successful sales position ever;
• You are money motivated.

• You MUST meet or exceed sales targets;
• You must make at least 20 sales calls each week. (Note: You will have many sales calls in a very close geographic area)
• You will prepare written reports on all assigned sales calls and deliver them on time to the CRM Coordinator;
• Complete all documentation, invoicing, and collection of accounts;
• Continually attend regular product knowledge and selling skills improvement meetings and seminars.
