Global Plas Inc. is a Tier 2 injection molding company located in Vaughan, Ontario. Our customers are primarily Tier 1 Automotive companies. Over the past 5 years, Global Plas has nearly doubled in size. We are looking for a sales representative that will help to continue this growth into the future.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with experience in B2B environments. You will leverage your skills in negotiation, customer service, and territory management to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting our innovative products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory
Make sales calls, give presentations, attend trade shows
Meet sales goals on an annual basis
Prospect and develop new business relationships (Automotive and non-automotive)
Understand what customers need, and be able to provide solutions
Able to travel between the U.S and Canada
Negotiate deals in order to obtain business
Provide detailed sales reports on a weekly basis to CFO and President
Fully understand our value proposition & match it to customer needs
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in a sales role within the automotive / non-automotive industries
Technical background in injection molding is great asset
Familiarity with computer software: MS Word, Excel
Salary:
