Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000+ annually!).

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

is looking for a

Sales Representative

to bring their charm and top-notch sales skills to the dealership with the largest vehicle inventory in Atlantic Canada. With a wide variety to offer including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat, we need someone who is great at connecting with customers and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Vehicle (new and used) presentations to clients (in person and/or video) Plan and organize accordingly to meet sales targets Accurately and informatively present clients with lease / purchase options Schedule appointments for test drives, deliveries and ensure preparedness of the vehicle and documents

What We're Looking For

?? 1+ years of proven success in sales and/or customer service



?? A natural people person with a polished, professional presence



?? Highly motivated, organized, and driven to exceed expectations



?? A confident communicator - in person, on the phone, or by video



?? A team player who also knows how to hustle solo



?? Passionate about vehicles, service, and creating memorable moments



?? Must hold a valid driver's license
