As a

Sales & Marketing Representative

, you will have three primary responsibilities:

Marketing & Lead Generation:

Support lead generation through social media outreach and in-person neighborhood marketing. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and professional in all outreach activities.

Lead Follow-Up:

Contact interested homeowners to answer questions, provide service information, and schedule on-site quotes.

Quoting & Closing:

Conduct service quotes for residential home maintenance projects, close sales, and book jobs for services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and polymeric sand installation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our growing residential home maintenance company. This role focuses on generating new business, engaging homeowners, and converting leads into booked projects through professional communication and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable working with customers both in person and over the phone. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment while developing valuable skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Duties

Generate new leads through community outreach, local marketing, and social media support Contact and follow up with prospective customers to schedule service quotes Conduct on-site quotes and explain service offerings clearly and professionally Close sales and book residential home maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and booked jobs Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer experience Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset (not required) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and professional Training provided
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
