What You'll Do:

Engage with Customers

- Have meaningful conversations, in-person or electronically, to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Showcase Vehicles

- Highlight features and benefits of our impressive range of Subaru models.

Guide Clients Through the Purchase Process

- Help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.

Enhance the Buying Experience

- Conduct test drives and detailed product demonstrations to create a seamless car-buying journey.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

- Ensure satisfaction beyond the sale by providing an exceptional experience throughout the process.

Support Dealership Success

- Fulfill other duties as required by managers to contribute to the overall success of Subaru of Charlottetown.

What We're Looking For

Passion for the Automotive Industry

- You love cars and want to share that enthusiasm.

Sales & Customer Service Experience

- 2 years Automotive sales experience a must.

Energetic & Personable

- A polished, professional appearance and eager to meet people.

Strong Communicator

- Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.

Highly Organized & Self-Motivated

- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.

Team Player & Go-Getter

- You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.

Valid Driver's License

- A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
