We are currently looking for a Sales and Finance Manager!

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

? Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success

? Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills

? Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered

? Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution

? Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding

? Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership

? Administrative duties as required by the department

Skills and Attributes:

? Strong leadership and team building skills

? Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets

? Demonstrated knowledge of contracts

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines

? Self-driven, motivated

? Must have/obtain valid AMVIC licence

? Previous automotive finance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
