Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics sales who is ready to grow business relationships and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client freight requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions
Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Prepare pricing, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client communications
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience in the transportation, freight, or logistics industry
Strong understanding of FTL, LTL, cross-border, and domestic shipping services
Proven ability to build a pipeline and close new accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
