We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will also leverage technology sales tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
Conduct outside sales activities to promote products and services, including cold calling and networking.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
Strong skills in account management and outside sales techniques.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches for business growth.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
