Summary

The Sales Representative Position available at Auto-Quip in Calgary Alberta Canada. This role is crucial in driving our mission of delivering outstanding customer service while promoting our extensive range of automotive equipment and supplies. We are looking for a full-time sales representative for Calgary and surrounding area. The candidate we are looking for is organized, professional and self-motivated. Training and company vehicle is provided. Our hours are Monday -Friday 0830AM-0500PM. This is NOT a work from home position.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outside sales efforts. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage accounts effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to align strategies for business growth. Utilize sales/inventory program for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Provide technical expertise on automotive products to assist customers in making informed decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Organized and professional attire. Maintain a clean work environment and care for company property Independently can read and retain product knowledge. Ability to problem solve and critically think.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Prior sales experience minimum 1 year Strong negotiation and business development skills. Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using a computer and ability to learn/use sales software. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Valid Class 5 with clean drivers abstract.
