Overview

This is a direct sales position. We currently have sales rep in Calgary in the $200,000+ per year earning range, as well as many in the $75,000 to $150,000 range.

This is due to experience, skill, and work ethic. We are a direct sales organization that sells exterior home renovations in the range of $3,000 to $100,000+.

We prioritize training and guidance as we train sales reps from little (1 year exp) to 5-10 year experience.

Our most successful sales reps came from backgrounds where they felt capped and lacking growth at their previous positions.

This is a 100% commission paying job, and currently our best sales reps are candidates with one of many of these traits:

Ambitious, "want to get paid for the work they put in, not be capped by an hourly wage", wants more out of life People skills, "can talk to people" Some sales experience Sports team backgrounds, "love team environments"
This role includes working 40 hours a week setting appointments and possibly closing appointments. We have world class training and take training and growth very seriously.
