to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch cross-border freight shipments efficiently and accurately Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth operations Ensure all customs documentation and regulatory requirements are met Track shipments and respond promptly to delays or issues Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maintain high service levels Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and load status Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking tools to monitor freight movement

Qualifications

1-3 years of dispatch experience, preferably with cross-border freight Solid knowledge of Canada-US transportation regulations and customs processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Flexible availability, including potential for after-hours support
