We are a Calgary-based company focused on R&D and manufacturing

dissolvable elastomer sealing elements

for frac plugs and downhole completion tools. Our mission is to bring sustainable, high-performance solutions to the oil & gas sector. As we scale up, we're looking for

2 Sales or Business Development professionals

with a strong understanding of

fracturing operations and downhole tools

to join our core team.

Your Role

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oilfield service and completions tools market Promote our proprietary dissolvable sealing element products to E&P companies, service providers, and tool manufacturers Provide technical sales support in collaboration with our engineering team Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing and product positioning strategies

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of

hydraulic fracturing

and

downhole completion tools

Prior experience in oilfield services, tool sales, or completions engineering preferred Strong communication and client-facing skills Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently Based in Calgary or willing to travel within Alberta (flexible work arrangements available) Can achieve KPI assigned by the company

Compensation

Base salary

: Fixed base

Commission

: High-performance-based commission, with no cap on earnings
