What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
(phone-first role)
High resilience and comfort with rejection
Clear and persuasive communicator with a confident phone presence
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly coachable
Organized and detail-oriented with CRM proficiency
Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a strong asset
