Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

Engage with customers in person, phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs. Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; or other languages is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are an advantage, enhancing our ability to serve a wider audience.

Pay: $56,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
