You'll engage in consultative conversations, build strong relationships, and help guide potential clients through the early stages of a new software implementation.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, educate, and qualify prospects through outbound activities to create qualified meetings
Utilize a consistent multiple contact process to find, nurture, and qualify leads generated by outbound marketing campaigns
Conduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable managing and overcoming objections
Effectively manage the CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information in CRM per company policies
Consistently achieve personal targets (monthly and quarterly) and works well with the sales team
Contribute and be involved in the Company Marketing Plan
Attend trade shows and networking events
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in an outside B2B sales role
Be entrepreneurial, look for new ways to succeed and drive more meetings.
Must be able to deliver a clear and consistent message to develop interest with decision makers at companies in various industries
A talented communicator who can balance scripted parts of the call with interpersonal skills and critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized with the ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and always maintaining professionalism
Self-motivated, confident, results driven
Strong listening and presentation skills
