We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and business development, with a focus on B2B sales and territory management. As a key player in our sales organization, you will leverage CRM software and lead generation techniques to drive revenue growth and foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
Utilize CRM software such as Pipedrive to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and develop strategic plans for growth
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM software such as Pipedrive or other CRM tools
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business development abilities with experience in territory management and lead generation
Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations effectively
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service
Analytical skills for data analysis and strategic planning in a competitive environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing new business opportunities

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
