I want to be as honest as possible with you as the person to gets to fill this position has to have the right attitude, be a team player, give 110% to every opportunity Armored gives you and you have to be ambitious. This position is commissioned based and its structured this way so that you can write your own pay cheque. We will meet the required base pay however if you're not earning significantly more then the base you wont be the right person for the position.

This position will require cold calls, B2N in person networking and sales. Once you've succeeded in this role the sale team will be yours to manage across all Armored locations.

We're in the automotive, marine and residential protection industry so the right candidate MUST have experience in minimum of 2 of these industries.

Armored is currently seeking a motivated sales executive who is passionate about cars and watercraft. The right candidate will have automotive experience, ideally having a network within the industry to help propel their potential earnings. Being affluent in using CRM software and google based products is preferred.

As a key member of the Armored Inc. team, the

Sales Representative

will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and representing the company's premium automotive and marine protection services. This position combines sales leadership, business development, marketing execution, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about building strong client partnerships and expanding our brand presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management



Manage all

incoming sales leads

through phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Handle all

inbound sales calls

promptly and professionally. Serve as the

primary point of contact

for new retail clients, conducting consultations and assessments to provide tailored service recommendations. Guide customers through the

entire sales process

-- from initial inquiry and quotation to scheduling and final delivery. Collaborate closely with

shop managers and installation teams

to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction. Open and close the facility when required to accommodate customer appointments or business needs.

Business Development & B2B Growth



Identify, pursue, and secure

new business opportunities

in both the automotive and marine industries. Lead the development and execution of Armored's

corporate partnership program

, targeting dealerships, fleet clients, marinas, and other B2B opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients and industry partners. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as a representative of Armored Inc.

Marketing & Brand Presence



Manage and grow Armored Inc.'s

social media presence

across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting content, engaging with followers, and supporting marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the

marketing team

on campaigns, promotions, content strategy, and lead generation initiatives. Provide input and feedback on creative direction, advertising strategies, and market positioning.

CRM & Sales Systems Management



Manage and maintain Armored's

CRM software

(e.g., LeadConnector) to ensure all leads, customer data, and sales activities are accurately tracked and updated. Implement and optimize sales workflows and reporting tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Regularly review CRM analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.

Team Collaboration & Communication



Work closely with

shop managers

to align sales schedules with operational capacity. Participate in regular meetings with the

marketing team and company leadership

to discuss strategy, performance, and new initiatives. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong background in

sales, business development, or account management

(automotive or luxury service industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing

social media platforms

and digital marketing initiatives. Proficiency with

CRM tools

and lead management software. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to

travel or work extended hours

when required for business development or client meetings.

Pay: $34,400.00-$120,000.00 per year
