We are seeking a Cadillac Sales Specialist who is passionate about delivering premium experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping customers embrace the future of luxury mobility.

About the Role




Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Cadillac's growth by guiding clients through their journey--from first inquiry to the thrill of delivery. You'll leverage both traditional and digital platforms to engage clients, showcase Cadillac's award-winning lineup, and connect customers with EV technology that aligns with the future of driving.

Responsibilities




Develop expert knowledge of Cadillac's luxury and EV product lineup.

Assist clients in selecting vehicles that best match their lifestyle and needs.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, including EV technology and digital connectivity features.
Negotiate transparently and professionally to close sales.
Provide industry-leading service that reflects Cadillac's promise of excellence.



Qualifications





Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A drive to succeed in a high-performance environment. Strong understanding of digital engagement tools and CRM platforms. Passion for innovation and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving market. OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
