We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for visiting residential properties and presenting our painting services. We will have a team leader close the sale after you have presented the leads. You'll be the face of our company in the field, meeting new people, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Approach residential and commercial properties in designated areas to present our painting services

- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best painting solutions for clients

- Effectively communicate our value propositions and services

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude

Qualifications:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

- Must be 18 years or older

Pay: $35,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
