We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative with a deep connection to the city of Brantford to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of Palgong Tea Bubble Shop.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with inventory management and restocking of products Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs to customers Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets Actively seek and identify opportunities for sales and promotion outside of the store Utilize social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to engage with customers and promote our brand Create and post short videos that showcase our products and promotions Bring creative marketing ideas to enhance our store's visibility and reach

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Passionate about tea and beverages Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with an interest in creating short videos A creative approach to marketing and social media engagement Must have a deep connection with the city of Brantford Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
