Job Summary:



The Empack Brand Sales Representative plays a key role in growing Empack's brands across customer categories with major emphasis on Emzone and Zytec brands. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. They bring a naturally competitive drive, a proactive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and promoting our branded products.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm



Salary: $55, 000 per Annum



20% Bonus (10% for Account Growth/10% for New Business Attained)

What you will Do:



Sales and Lead Generation:

Contacting prospects through calls and emails, generating new leads, and following up on inbound leads to generate sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

Product Demonstration and Consultation:

Explaining product features, providing information on prices and availability, and recommending products based on customer needs.

Sales Closing:

Using communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales quotas.

Administrative Tasks:

Answering customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer records and sales databases in Salesforce.

Support and Follow-up:

Providing post-sale support to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required for the Job:



Communication:

Clear, persuasive, and effective communication is vital for both verbal and written interactions.

Negotiation:

The ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold to answer questions and make strong recommendations.

Self-Motivated and Proactive:

Demonstrates strong ambition, continually seeks new opportunities, and brings a results-oriented mindset to every task. Takes initiative without needing constant direction, follows through consistently, and actively looks for ways to contribute.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.

Ability to research potential customers and market trends to tailor pitches effectively.

Coachable and Growth-Focused:

Open to feedback, eager to develop new skills, and committed to ongoing improvement.

Resilience:

The capacity to stay motivated and resilient despite setbacks.

Active and Energetic:

Approaches each day with enthusiasm, maintains strong momentum, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

What you will need:



Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 Years of previous sales experience demonstrating account management and new account attainment. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous Automotive Market experience is a strong asset.
