Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Cell Phone Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers find the right mobile devices, accessories, and service plans while providing top-notch customer support. Experience with phone repairs is a strong asset. The ideal candidate understands the latest mobile technology trends, knows how to build strong customer relationships, and can work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with purchasing phones, accessories, and service plans. Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services. Explain product features, warranties, and carrier options clearly and confidently. Maintain knowledge of the latest smartphones, tablets, and mobile technology trends. Handle transactions, manage inventory, and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals. If skilled, perform basic phone diagnostics and repairs (e.g., screen replacements, battery swaps). Stay informed on current promotions, competitor pricing, and repair service options. Assist in managing store displays and visual merchandising to boost sales. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cell phones or electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Technical knowledge or hands-on experience in mobile phone repairs is a strong plus. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful but not required.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
