This role requires an individual who can effectively negotiate and communicate with clients while understanding market trends.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Present and demonstrate products to clients, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing any client concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales in optical or optometry environments.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Willingness to engage in outside sales activities, including travel as needed.
