End of the Roll Flooring Centres is excited to announce the opening of our new franchise in Bowmanville, ON and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and design.

A day in the life of

Greet and assist customers to help find the best flooring suited for them. Inform customers of the proper use and care of flooring. Negotiate purchasing terms with clients. Generate sales leads, initiate prospective calls and establish ongoing rapport with existing customers. May need to measure customer spaces to determine how much product is needed.
What we need from you

Possess basic mathematical and reading skills. Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets. Self-motivated to excel in your role and career. Retail flooring experience is required. Ability to work independently. High energy and passion. Valid driver's license. Required to work 40 hours per week. Required to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
