Talk Wireless has been a trusted communications provider across Southern Ontario for more than 27 years, delivering reliable two-way radio systems, network services, security solutions, and emerging AI driven technologies. We are seeking an experienced and solutions focused

Sales Representative

to grow our portfolio and help customers adopt modern communications technologies, including our V ARI AI communications platform.

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Representative will use strong sales instincts and technical curiosity to identify opportunities, guide customers through solution options, and support the full sales cycle from first contact to implementation. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires someone who takes initiative, understands customer challenges, and confidently proposes the right mix of products and services. You will also work across a broad range of technologies and support the rollout of V ARI, our AI enabled solution for intelligent communication and automation.

Key Responsibilities



Sales and Business Development



Drive inbound and outbound sales activities to grow revenue across Southern Ontario Generate new business and qualify new leads Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in two-way radio systems, network services, security solutions, and emerging AI technologies Manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and final sale Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long term relationships with customers and key partners Conduct regular account touchpoints to support retention and growth Provide product and solution recommendations based on customer needs

Product and Market Expertise



Stay current on two-way radio models, features, accessories, and industry trends Assess customer requirements and design appropriate communication or technology solutions Deliver product demos, presentations, and customer education sessions

Quoting, Proposals, and Documentation



Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution driven recommendations Maintain accurate CRM records, customer interactions, and pipeline tracking

Internal Collaboration and Coordination



Coordinate with field technicians, inventory, and operations to manage solution delivery and customer onboarding Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and client opportunities

Post Sale Support



Support smooth handoffs to operations and ensure customer onboarding is completed successfully Provide exceptional customer service from first engagement through delivery

Qualifications



5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in telecom, technology, IT, wireless communications, or security industries Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities Technical aptitude and willingness to learn modern communications and AI-driven solutions Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and work independently Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
