Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound leads from potential car buyers.
Contact clients via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner.
Qualify clients and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Subprime Manager for sales closings.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update client status regularly.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Meet or exceed sales targets and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or BDC.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working on commission.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
