Job Title: Sales Representative
Work Hours: Full-Time
Wage: $65k + Commission

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Vice President Sales and Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions of the company. Incumbent will manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery for the product lines assigned. The Sales Representative will interact with all team members (Production, Sales, R&D and Administration) to foster a productive and mutually beneficial workplace.
Salary $65k + Commission
Attainable total Compensation is $150k plus
Essential Job Functions

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity or Internet generated leads.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Assist in the development of joint ventures under the auspices of the Manager Sales and Marketing where opportunities exist or have been identified.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications: Working Conditions

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment
• Work requires significant travel and will require overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Willingness/ability to fly on commercial airlines is essential to this position
