Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work in an outside sales capacity, meeting clients in person
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
