Hunting season is not over! @ Factory Outlet Trailers & Truck Upfitting is we are on the hunt for a Full Time, In Person Trailer Dealership Sales Representative wanting to join the largest and fastest growing Canadian Dealership in our industry.

Your Sales Daily Responsibilities:

- Help buyers explore all their purchasing options, ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience and leave with a smile.

- Team up with dealership champs to tackle challenges and resolve conflicts in a collaborative, respectful manner.

- Master the art of daily follow-up and deal generation working with new prospects on multiple solutions, and building solid relationships along the way.

- Dominate social media platforms ie. Facebook Marketplace to respond to demand and educate prospects.

- Free leads are provided to you weekly and you need to be relentless on your follow-up, create solutions, and close them.

- Despite free leads, new prospecting is expected on the phones. No travel required

- Must be ready to roll up your sleeves on some Saturdays and evenings at the dealerships to finalize deals and accommodate your customers to their busy schedules.

- Bring your A-game attitude each day to hustle, sell, close and be a part of a team that crushes sales targets weekly/monthly.

Your Qualifications:

- Experience with utility/cargo/equipment light duty trailers (no heavy haul) or capital equipment sales or truck or truck upfitting sales experience a benefit

- Stellar written and verbal communication skills are a must

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prospects in a fast-paced environment.

- Organizational skills that makes your Momma proud.

- Strong phone and computer skills a necessity.

- A quick learner with a can-do attitude and a growth mindset.

- High energy and a burning desire to hit top results.

- Previous experience with commission-based sales and a CRM system a +

- Must currently be active in using Facebook & FB Marketplace & FB Messenger and be willing to respond to prospects on your ad's daily with immediacy

Pay Range:

- Year 1: $90k+

- Year 2: $140k+
