Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through
lead follow-ups, in-home consultations, and project quotations
. You'll work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, showcase our solutions, and guide them through the sales process with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct
in-home consultations
with qualified leads to understand client goals and present tailored kitchen solutions.
Follow up on inbound leads
and nurture customer relationships through to project close.
Prepare and deliver
accurate quotes and proposals
that align with customer budgets and design preferences.
Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, finishes, materials, and pricing.
Attend periodic team meetings, trade shows, or marketing events as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
