Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Toronto. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by developing relationships with clients and generating new sales opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials. Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.
Strong account management skills with a focus on B2B sales. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities. Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
