Your Mission




As Territory Manager, you'll report to the Sales Director and play a key role in expanding Manulift's footprint across farms and agri-businesses. You'll strategically canvas your territory, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.###

Your Impact



Execute direct sales to farms and agricultural operations in rural areas. Own and grow your territory - the goal is to win the majority market share. Open new accounts with confidence while nurturing existing relationships. Drive business development through cold calls, prospecting, and in-person visits. Maintain rigorous follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative approach. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs and remove roadblocks. Maintain an organized and updated CRM to track your pipeline and performance.

What You Bring



Proven business development expertise - you know how to hunt and convert. Minimum 3 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in agri-equipment or related sectors. Deep understanding of agricultural operations and client needs. A track record of exceeding targets and owning your success. Highly self-motivated, resilient, and solutions-oriented. Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license.
