Summary
CPMT Laser is seeking a
young and highly motivated Sales Representative
to join our Toronto team. This
on-site role
focuses on selling our advanced medical aesthetic laser systems. You will be responsible for calling leads, presenting product benefits, convincing and following up with prospects, closing sales, and conducting
online product demonstrations
.
Compensation includes CA$20-CA$30 per hour plus uncapped commissions.
Exceptional performers may also be considered for opportunities with CPMT Laser USA, including potential support in obtaining a U.S. work visa.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with prospective leads provided by the company.
Present CPMT Laser systems, explaining both technical and business benefits.
Convince and guide prospects through the buying process to close deals.
Conduct
online
product demonstrations for potential clients.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates to management.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotions, events, and trade shows.
Requirements
Sales experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or related industries.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Young, highly motivated, and results-driven.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work
on-site
at our Toronto office.
Preferred:
Experience selling to med spas, dermatology clinics, or aesthetic practices.
Knowledge of Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, or CO? laser technologies.
