Cranex Trucking is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new accounts, managing customer relationships, and promoting our crane and flat deck trucking services. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering transportation solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their transportation needs are met. Promote Cranex's crane and flat deck services to a wide range of industries including construction, logistics, and manufacturing. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clients highlighting service capabilities and competitive advantages. Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and client activity tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset). Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in

outside sales

, ideally in transportation, logistics, or construction services. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle. Experience in

business development

and

account management

. Familiarity with crane services, flat deck hauling, or heavy equipment transport is a strong asset. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
