Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers effectively Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and market trends Working from home, on the road and in office required Must have a insured vehicle and cell phone with data

Experience

Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus A positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role
