Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Attend daily two-hour coaching session led by a sales mentor that will arm you with a tested sales strategy \xe2\x97\x8f Travel to designated neighborhoods going door-to-door - often up to 30-40 homes per day - with the goal of selling Telus home services, mobility, and smart-home security \xe2\x97\x8f Persist through rejections and doubts
\xe2\x97\x8f Book consultation appointments to customize packages tailored to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform credit checks
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth installation
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with team members to help each other succeed and progress
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain your area and represent Telus in a professional manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain customer relations by tracking customer needs and potential issues
\xe2\x97\x8f Report daily successes and challenges to coaches and teammates Job Qualifications If you\xe2\x80\x99re a positive, hard-working, and resilient individual, you will succeed in this job. No prior experience is necessary, but it is an asset. We say that with confidence because we know how to develop masterful salespeople. In 2022, we helped 11 individuals earn a six figure income during the summer months. With daily training and motivation, your navigation towards successful selling will surprise you. \xe2\x97\x8f A high-school diploma Additional Job Details This is a flexible job opportunity with immediate part and full time positions available.
We primarily work in Western Canada for Spring and Summer 2023. All accommodation and transportation (if necessary) is provided by the company. Hours begin at 12:00 p.m. and can go past 9:00 p.m. Your pay will be based 100% on commission. This is a good opportunity in your first year, as most average sales reps make $29,000 plus rewards. Rewards that rookies have won lately include trips to Mexico, high quality swag, tech devices, and monetary incentives. We know our people work hard, so we reward them.
