We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our growing team and be the face of our brand to builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, including builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners. Understand and communicate the benefits, features, and applications of various stone materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.). Conduct client consultations to assess project needs and offer appropriate product and service solutions. Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and quotes. Coordinate with internal teams (fabrication, scheduling, installation) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product innovations. Participate in showroom walk-ins, trade shows, networking events, and site visits as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and project statuses using CRM tools or company systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, interior design, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of stone materials and installation processes (training can be provided). Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and sales pipeline independently. Comfortable reading blueprints or project drawings (preferred but not required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/site visits.
