Job Description

The Receptionist/Admin Assistant is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, managing inventory, filing, and assisting sales and other departments as needed

We are looking to hire a sales receptionist with full time flexible availability.

Schedule and hours to be determined.

We are also looking for someone who would be willing to cover shifts as needed; this includes day, evening and weekend. There is always opportunity for more hours. We have two stores that are always needing more coverage.

Hourly compensation wage starts at $19 an hour however can be discussed in an interview depending on experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service Answer and direct all incoming telephone lines on a multi-line switchboard Service all client inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties Process payments for service department, deposits, online payments, etc. Manage new and used vehicle stock in process Tag and manage keys, organize factory vehicles, PDIs, etc. Request and organize dealer trades, payment, transportation, etc. Dispatch drivers and arrange paperwork Scan and file all used vehicle files according to our systems Gathering ICBC permits as required. Assisting the sales team with necessary documents required. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, colleagues and vendors

Qualifications:



Minimum of 6-12 months of reception / customer service experience required. Exceptional telephone etiquette, experience using a paging system and multiline phone system. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work as a team, and also be able to work independently. Computer skills are HIGHLY required; knowledge of Google Drive, Email, Photoshop, Excel, etc. Ability to multi-task in a busy / stimulating environment. Business-casual attire required.
