We are looking for motivated and technically minded Sales Professionals with experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) to join a respected and long-established provider of custom-engineered HVAC solutions.
Whether you're an experienced Sales Representative, Account Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its quality, customer focus, and innovative air-handling systems across Western Canada.
You'll play a key role in driving business growth, supporting customers, and promoting advanced HVAC/R products to mechanical contractors, consultants, and building owners throughout the Calgary region.
? Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and facility owners
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within your territory
Promote and sell custom HVAC/R equipment and engineered systems
Provide technical support, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and production teams
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the company
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
? What You'll Bring
Sales experience within the HVAC/R, ventilation, or mechanical systems sector
Strong technical knowledge of air handling, cooling, or refrigeration systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Ideally based within commutable distance of Calgary
