Sales Representative

to join our team and help connect people with the products they love.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance Guide customers through the purchase process for boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and motorcycles Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current on promotions and inventory Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience Follow up with leads from phone, email, and online inquiries

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or marine industry a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working weekends and extended hours during peak season Valid driver's license required
