We're looking for a personable, driven, and creative
Fruit & Beverage Salesperson
to join our growing team! If you're someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, building authentic relationships, and driving sales in a dynamic environment -- this role is for you. You'll be at the forefront of promoting our fresh fruit and beverage products, combining your experience and creativity to unlock growth in new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow our fruit and beverage business across B2B and retail channels.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from local businesses to National distributors, cafes, grocers, and more.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through outstanding communication and follow-up.
Present product offerings in an engaging and informative way, highlighting freshness, quality, and value.
Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing to create seasonal promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on pipeline activity.
Stay ahead of industry and market trends to inform strategy and keep us competitive.
Attend events, markets, or product showcases to represent our brand and engage new customers.
Provide excellent customer service -- resolving issues quickly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in food, beverage, produce, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to grow business and develop new customer relationships.
Personable and outgoing -- you enjoy meeting new people and building connections.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh approaches to sales and marketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe necessary
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
