Become the expert who turns every in-store interaction into a meaningful customer experience. With your passion for service and in-depth product knowledge, you'll help every customer successfully realize their projects.
Your role:
  • Deliver customer service that makes a difference by going beyond their expectations with exemplary service and by offering products that complement the reason for their visit
  • Be attentive to needs and opportunities
  • Be an ambassador for PRO services, through knowledge of current programs and promotions, and the ability to communicate them clearly to customers
  • Help customers place merchandise in their carts or vehicles
  • Help locate, select, transport and load merchandise for customers
  • Keep abreast of promotions and flyers
  • Perform opening/half-shift and closing tasks
What we're looking for:
  • Previous sales experience (min. 2 years) + knowledge in construction materials
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
