Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in window wells and concrete industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Ability to develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts effectively. Strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies. Willingness to engage in outside sales activities, including travel as necessary. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
